Who it's for
Built for products you make after the order comes in
ShapeDiver isn’t the right configurator for every product. It earns its place when each order needs its own geometry and its own production files.
A good fit
- Each product is built after it’s ordered, often as a batch of one: made-to-order (MTO), configure-to-order (CTO), or engineer-to-order (ETO).
- The options change the geometry - dimensions, layout, number of parts - not just a color or a photo.
- Today, someone re-models each order or retypes it into DXF, CNC files, or a bill of materials.
- The price should follow from the geometry: size, material, number of parts.
Probably simpler elsewhere
- Products from stock, where the configurator picks a variant and shows its picture. Your shop’s own product options or a visual configurator do that more simply.
- Adding a name or a photo to a fixed product. That’s a product customizer.
- Quotes from a price list, with no geometry behind them. That’s what CPQ tools are for.
